All efforts are made to dispatch your order in the first possible instance after receipt of payment. All efforts are made to maintain stock levels in our warehouse here in Tauranga, in the rare event of an out of stock on an item you have ordered occurs, one of our staff will advise you in the first possible instance to arrange a suitable solution.
Non Warranty Returns
Items can be returned 30 days from origional date of purchase. The item/s must be undamaged, unused in original packaging and in saleable condition. Please note that a 15% restocking fee may apply. A Return authorization number must be obtained from NZ Pond Supplies prior to returning goods. Returned items are freighted at purchasers cost. Items with no RA # will not be accepted.
All items submitted for warranty will be put through a series of quality assurance tests by NZ Pond Supplies. A Credit or replacement item will only be issued for items that are deemed faulty by way of manufacturing fault and within the warranty period. Product found to not be faulty and in working condition will not be credited and will be shipped back at consumers cost. Proof of purchase will be required to validate all warranty items. Replaceable or wearable parts are not covered under the warranty.
